As the parshah speaks of Jacob's wresting - with angels, with himself, Lila described the struggle she had with 2nd grade before she joined Rashi. Her story was very personal, and her discovery was great; she didn't agree with the teaching methods and how the teacher treated her and her classmates. And she knew that she could do better as a student with a better teacher. She found solace in poetry, and has grown as a confident student in the last few years at Rashi. She honored Mrs. Solomon and Mrs. Keleher in her service.
